What is the Shipping cost?

Standard Shipping costs USD12.99.

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over USD90.00. 

Speed Post costs USD24.00 for order value over USD90.00.

Speed Post costs USD36.00 for order value under USD90.00.

What countries can I ship my order to?

We offer worldwide shipping, including popular destinations such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Italy, France, and Spain. Please note that shipping carriers and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

How long does shipping usually take?

Packages will be sent by registered air mail via Hong Kong Post or FedEx. An online tracking number will be provided. 

Standard Shipping typically takes 6 to 14 business days for delivery to the USA, Europe, and other international destinations, while Speed Post offers faster delivery in 3 to 6 business days. (subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc.) However, mail delay does happen. Please contact us if you have not received your package within a reasonable time.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If the mail service loses your order, we will send you a new one for free or you can choose to receive a refund 30 days after the order is shipped.

Please note that no refund will be given if your order has not arrived in less than 30 days. This is because mail delay does happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 5 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.

If you still haven't receive your order after 30 days, please email support@demonfestival.com with your order number, we will send a new item to you or you may choose a refund instead.
