What is the Shipping cost?

What countries can I ship my order to?

We offer worldwide shipping, including popular destinations such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Italy, France, and Spain. Please note that shipping carriers and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

How long does shipping usually take?

Packages will be sent by registered air mail via Post Office or FedEx. An online tracking number will be provided. 

Standard Shipping typically takes 6 to 14 business days for delivery to the USA, Europe, and other international destinations, while Speed Post (FedEx) offers faster delivery in 3 to 6 business days. (subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc.) However, mail delay does happen. Please contact us if you have not received your package within a reasonable time.

Are there customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. These charges vary by country and are not included in your purchase. Please check with your local customs office for details.

If a package is refused due to unpaid fees, shipping costs will not be refunded. Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our control.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If the mail service loses your order, we will send you a new one for free or you can choose to receive a refund 30 days after the order is shipped.

Please note that no refund will be given if your order has not arrived in less than 30 days. This is because mail delay does happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 5 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.

If you still haven't receive your order after 30 days, please email support@demonfestival.com with your order number, we will send a new item to you or you may choose a refund instead.
